ClickBait is ass. Bad acting, bad casting, throwing in plot twists for the sake of plot twists...I've finished 5 episodes and will finish the remaining 3 tonight but that's only because I've invested too much time to not finish it.
I finished it at lunch time and I think it's bad. The surprise ending was lazy and sloppy. The usage of Matt as a character was a waste. And to make the watchers believe that anyone would be attracted to Pia--let alone every male not related to her in the series--is a stretch. I understand it's supposed to be a thriller and keep you on your toes but the lazy writing and bad acting (with the exception of the actress that played Sophie) ....it was bad.
The show "I'm sorry" started on trutv then was on Netflix apparently. Haven't opened Netflix in a while. Anyway, it's on HBOmax now and is still hilarious.
THe final reveal had ABSOLUTELY NO FORESHADOWING at all They just threw **** against the wayy and made it up as they went Rocket River
Reservation Dogs..... After the first episode I thought this was going be an "edgy", dark comedy, high school stereotype (but with native americans!) but it's sneaky great. Spending some time with family in East Texas poverty, this show really captures inescapable poverty. All the cameos have been great, Bill Burr with the acting chops. It's weird but I almost wish it didn't get renewed for a season 2.
I've only seen the first 3 episodes but that one episode where they're in the clinic was great. Bobby Lee's character is f'in fantastic.
I have a streaming app and have been watching shows and movies at 2x speed on Chromecast Sounds crazy, till you realize how much time you save once you get used to it. Watched the new Money Heist in 3 hours.
9 Perfect Strangers. Binged the first 7 episodes yesterday and am saving the last one for tonight. The story is slightly above average but the acting is superb. Michael Shannon, Regina Hall and Bobby Cannavale turned in great performances.
Watched the first 2 episodes of Foundation. I'm digging it so far. Looks like they spent a lot of money making this show.
