They’re basically reiterating that nobody pays attention to prospects once they’re past age 24-25 and were not high draft picks.

Yet we all know that some guys just mature late. Power develops later. Nobody is expecting future HOFers, but guys can carve out decent careers.

Organizations’ OF depth is just insane at this point. Seems like we will look back in 10 years and see a lot of formidable MLB careers from our pipeline. Really outstanding job

Kid gets the leadoff spot and of course goes yard to leadoff the game.

    Unreal.

Gotta love his bat flip and stare after his home runs. He's like a seasoned vet.

Subdued flip tonight. I think they had a word with him about potential HBPs that could follow.

Makes sense because it definitely took me by surprise but also made me laugh. I was loving it

His bow and arrow move is already HOF worthy.

Gotta give the boy credit, he is doing what he can to get on the postseason roster.

I think he's going to do it. Who would have thunk it?

So would we keep 3 extra outfielders? Doubt it since Diaz can play OF.

So there will 1 man out, Chazmanian Devil, Hey Siri or Rake Meyers.

Dudes hitting .228 with about a 35% k rate and .128 late & close, but HRs are cute.

He has hit .318 with 2 outs, RISP so that's not too shabby.

The guy will be out of the league soon enough. Players like him don't last long when they hover around .200 for their careers. Teoscar is a better player than Siri and I wouldn't even want him on our team.

His top speed and fielding/defense will keep him around. He’s a faster Jake Meyers with more power.

I'm glad we kept Jake over him. Rather have Meyers potential without the thug

I didn’t know Siri was a thug type. I rooted for him when he was here, and have glanced at his stats since he was traded away. Looks like a productive player, but if the reason the Astros parted with him was to expunge his negative impact on team chemistry, good riddance.
