Astros at the very bottom and looks like AJ Hinch is right down there with us. Wonder if this is related to the sign stealing scandal or if it's just quirk of luck. Also a bit odd to me that the better teams seem to get the worst of the calls. It's not a perfect relationship but there is more good teams bottom left and more bad teams top right. Wonder if that's because lots of big wins for the good teams and umps just wanting to get the game over with- with the converse true for bad teams. Maybe it's human nature with the tendency to even things up. Maybe it is nothing but random chance. Thanks for posting.
Remember, they aren't against cheating. They are against ANYONE ELSE cheating. When THEY do it, it's INNOVATIVE.
That’s ****ing awesome. Look who’s front/center right next to Greinke with his arm around him… IMO, the team leader (Correa). Intangibles and leadership skills hard to quantify in baseball… but having witnessed the shortcomings of previous Astros teams with the strong silent types, and then seeing the success of teams with guys who lay all their emotions out there (Springer/Correa), I never want to go back.
Why aren't they "****ing over" any other teams? And how does MLB/Manfred tell the Ump Union what to do?
Astros are 3 behind in the loss column to the Rays. We still have a shot to run them down. The Rays have the Blue Jays, Marlins, Astros, and Yankees left on their schedule.
Was at the the Minnesota Gophers at Colorado Buffaloes game this Saturday and got ripped into by both a Minnesota fan and a Buffaloes fan when they found out I was originally from Houston and a Stros fan. In the words of the Buffaloes fan "Can't you just pretend to not be from Houston?" Yep the hate still runs deep against the Stros..
Imagine being from Minnesota and/or Colorado and think you're better than someone that's from Houston.

That looks right. I would probably have Marwin instead of Stubbs, since both players are pretty strictly emergency options and Marwin is more versatile, experienced, and a better hitter than Stubbs. But I would understand why they’d keep a 3rd catcher and 6th OF given how well Siri has played what he adds on the bases.
Head to the D&D, there are people wanting to leave Texas due to the conservatism and head over to the greener pastures of.....Minneapolis.
