There's just too many hurdles. NFL is a private company. National government doesn't want to be too oppressive. States' rights might be infringed. Might set bad precedents for other private companies, depending on a decree or mandate from Biden, etc. Too many hurdles. And because football is so beloved in America, this will cause rioting. On top of all that, Biden has to worry about his party, too. Can't imagine democrats will be seen in a good light if snowball effects occur due to a simple ruling like forcing the NFL to be super strict.

I don’t know about that. They went toe to toe with KC in the playoffs last season and week 1 this season. They have talent up and down that roster and put up 31 points without their 2 best receivers. I won’t be surprised if they make to the conference championship games.
