    A few in Woodlands and Katy too iirc. Definitely none in Alief or 5th Ward though.

    It's been that way for decades. Cheap housing prices, no state income tax, and warm weather helps. Shaq (or one of his baby mamas) has a house near me up here in the DFW area. They have houses everywhere. Not a bad moneymaker in most cases. Deion Sanders sold his megamansion a few miles away from me and they turned it into a Kroger. LOL. When Sanders bought that house, there was hardly anything out there. It stuck out like a sore thumb. Damn-near prairie land. Now? Suburban congestion. :D

    Lies. Don't believe this man. I looked and there's one in Richmond!!!

    lol thanks, appreciate it, but I was joking though. I had a terrible job that I try to forget working for an attorney in downtown sugarland many years ago, so I made the drive from midtown (no longer where I'm at) down 59 daily.

    I think so? Is it just me or is part of it still 59, and other parts are 69? No idea, I use it so often I barely look at the signs anymore.
