@ApacheWarrior Does this change your perspective? I’m telling you the Rockets organization wants another high draft pick next season. They want to lose and play the young guys a ton of minutes so they are better in upcoming seasons. Which will result in losing.
Best I could come up with from the Clippers - Bledsoe, Luke Kennard, and Serge Ibaka for Wall and Danuel House. Could swap out Ibaka for Zubic. It kind of breaks Wall into multiple contracts and Bledsoe is only partially guaranteed next year. It doesn't help roster spot crunch by adding more 7th-10th man types.
Why is anyone stressed out about this? Wall staying away from the team is a net positive honestly. Iggy stayed away from the Grizz and it was fine. Wall/Klutch will eventually realize he can only get anywhere else if he agrees to a buyout or waives his option for next year and that will probably ultimately happen.
This is a **** up. Should've happened at the start of FA Wall surely would've left more on the table if teams had cap space. No team is trading for Wall
I just don't even understand what this is all about. John Wall wants to go to another team? Great. Now show me who wants him, can afford to send us back roughly 30 million in salary that won't screw us and won't demand picks to take him? I honestly don't even believe the Miami Heat talk. I'm sure they're just fine with Kyle Lowry. The Clippers make some sense but I see no reason for them to be urgent because they don't even have Kawhi this season. I think this most likely just means that John Wall sits out this season. I'm fine with that.
feels like that "It Follows" STd when it comes to Wall and Westbrook. They're just trying to pass them off t0 the next person(gm). I was already getting used to the idea of Wall coming back and cutting back on his shot selection.
LOL why? he loved (loved!) Wall, its only natural for him to leave at the same time when his favorite leaves....if only we could replace Silas with someone like Obradovich from Europe...we'd be set for success
I dont think SIlas is bad. I mean we did have that 6 game streak before Wood went down. We could do better but he's not that bad.
They might be ageeing to part ways, but they won't. Who's going to trade for a guy who is owed $90 million over 2 years?
This works.. To Houston: Tobias Harris To Sixers: John Wall Andrew Wiggins James Wiseman To Warriors: Ben Simmons Seth Curry Danuel House Might have to have a pick thrown in from Warriors to Sixers... Warriors have Curry play off ball on offense and cover ball handler on defense. Surrounds Simmons with shooters... Sixers unload 2 bad contracts for 2 other bad contracts that are shorter... Wall runs point with Wiggins replacing Harris. Wiseman is injury insurance for Embiid. Might be change for the sake of change... Takes us out of free agency though so i doubt i do... hard to make wall contract match up to 2 years or less...
