That leads to a homemade hotsauce joke. And you expressly want brands. I used to be big into hot food, but was never a huge sauce snob. I will tell you which I like at Buffalo Wild Wings: BWW: Spicy Garlic, Parmesan Garlic, Tai Curry, Mango Habanero. Yes, you can buy them.
Marie Sharp's is my favorite. Cholula and Valentina make me fart something fierce for some reason. I'm talking 5-7 seconders.
I collect hot sauce. One of my favorite “super hot” ones comes from a company in Spring. The flavor is amazing and after taste is great. It’ll give you some chest hair though. Scorchin’ Scorpion. https://hotlinepepper.com/collections/all/products/copy-of-garlicky-greengo his garlicky gringo is amazing too, but is all flavor. Very little spice.
I knew that name sounded familiar. I looked in my emails and bought 3 bottles of hot sauces from them back in 2015 at ZestFest... Garlicky Greengo, Hatchanero, and Evil Ooze. I remember liking Garlicky Greengo, but not so much Evil Ooze. Don't remember Hatchanero. I think the only negative with the Garlicky Greengo was it wasn't all that hot.
Really enjoy their sauces. The Hatchenero, evil ooze and their ghost pepper varieties are also all great. Haven’t tried the scorpion yet thinking it might be a bit too much heat.
It burns but the after taste is fantastic. I worked an oyster festival and people were using it on raw oysters.
Chinese chili oil on most anything tastes gooood.... oddly enough, even a baked potato. I'm almost out and need to make more.
