Relax. Not everyone who doesn't like Abbott is a leftist. You thinking that shows how partisan you are so you probably should relax that.
A trend I notice of right wing conservatism from my personal experience and on the internet, the more invested you are in caring about policies and the nuance and grit of things like social issues the less right wing you are. That's probably why they are called reactionaries. Because they just react to headlines rather than trying to understand things. This is probably why with most of the people in my personal life and the internet who are right wing, the moment there is the slightest push back of their narrative, they resort to "bruh relax, I'm just playing"
Right wingers have no policy of their own, they are just there to own the libs. It's sad and pathetic.
He already did his job by restricting voting even more. I'm sure he's just banking on Trump base to rally for him when Trump eventually campaigns for him.
Admittedly hard to do when you're freezing to death in your home while the governor does damage control on Hannity from his critical-grid mansion.
The freeze was a f*** up, I aint gonna deny that. I also disagree with his cutting off the Federal unemployment benefits early. There are still a TON of unemployed professionals (not retail/restaurant) just dying to find a job. I disagree with a lot of his decisions, but I still agree with most. Nothing that would swing me to vote for a granola hipster like Beto.
Buddy, as someone pulling the lever for a Democrat, I would wholeheartedly vote against Beto in a primary and campaign for his opponents.
