It's only theatrical and should be. I want to experience it with other folks. I miss going to the movies with a crowd before pandemic.

God I hope there's at least 20 when shang chi comes out. I'm fine with a small crowd for smaller movies but I hope its packed when I go.

I saw black widow in theatres and it wasn’t bad. Online seat reservation helped me find a showing that wasn’t too busy.

Seems like it's getting solid reviews.

I'm anything but a Marvel diehard and I really enjoyed it. Lots of actions, story sort of plays out like Asian Star Wars. The final act goes heavy CGI fantasy but I really had a good time.....

    B+

Marvel just flat out makes entertaining movies. The stories are fresh enough that everyone likes them. I suspect this movie falls in line with this sentiment.

Marvel movies are just better than sex. Dealt with it gif

Sounds like most of the reviews I saw. I'll probably go check it out. I wish Marvel could find a better balance between CGI spam like the end of Wandavision and 30 minutes of exposition like the end of Loki. They get so close to absolutely nailing it sometimes but then fall into old traps.

Watched it last night and I'll agree with the B+ grade. The movie definitely makes the most out of a C or D level superhero. The action scenes were very well choreographed. And Tony Leung does not disappoint. His character in anyone else's hands would have been your ho-hum typical villain.

I don't know if it was intentional or not but there were a few scenes where it appears the director paid homage to various anime or asian movies which was neat.

I haven't seen it, but I was worried people weren't going to like it. A lot of the reviews say the 3rd act was poor

Dammit, that's my favorite parts of a movie is how it all plays out in the end.
