History in the modern NBA era shows rookies in general don’t contribute much with wins. So this Rockets team is going to depend on Wood, Wall and Gordon… 5-15 is my guess.
I was going to put 20-0 but I knew someone would have beaten me to it. I don't want to sell the Rockets short. I think our talent is through the roof but I say that before every season.

Yep and our owner won't pay so we need as many good Rookies on cheap contracts as possible. We can maybe pay 1 player the Max.
Presti is a genius. Always has $$$ space and will allow you to dump albatro$$ contract there for yet another FRP. Then, what? Trade that FRP and kick the can yet further down the road. Building thru ye olde draught is fraught with consequences, right Mr Hinkie? Yet, he was right. Just not replete with luck sweet luck.
I will also say the Rockets end up around 5-15 or 6-14. However, several of those games will be very close in the last 5 minutes before slipping away. I think the feel will be that the Rockets are very close to being a .500 team despite a .250 record. There will be talk of adding talent at the deadline and competing for a play in spot until the all star break. There shouldnt be. If they stay the course, the Rockets can be knocking on the door of the playoffs next year and competing for the division title and home court the following year.
