The vast majority of the equipment the Taliban took are the equipment we supplied the ANA from the built up cops and Fob outposts with advanced G-BOSS equipment, to the uparmored vehicles to their rifles. Any time you see a Taliban fighter with m4 with acog and peq16, it's a former ANA's rifle. Sincere question. Did you want us to strip the ANA of the equipment we supplied them before we left?
When there was no progress of using the equipment by the ANA , we should reassess the equipment status absolutely. There should have been a plan for the likely possibility of the ANA folding. The military leaders and advisors failed by and large at the very least including the airport episode
