They’re not the worst lineup. ;)

It’s been downhill since & Kansas City sports have owned Houston. (Royals 4-1, Chiefs 2-0, including that game)

That same style with a little more talent won them exactly as many WS as the Stros have

Might have had another if they didn't get MadBum'd.

I guess the 'stros can say the same thing about Mad Max and Strasburg...

Wow they seem kinda unconcerned as losses pile up. Sounds like a Baker team.

If you've got a veteran playoff-tested team like the Stros publicly freaking out about some losses in August then you've got bigger problems than some losses in August.

Key word there is publicly. Privately, I hope there's some urgency in the locker room to get things right.

The A’s are basically handing us the division it seems like. We’ve **** the bed against the Royals and the A’s haven’t taken advantage whatsoever.

IF Bregman comes back completely healthy, and Tuck hasn’t lost much weight or conditioning during his Covid stint- which could happen within the next couple days… then we will have a HUGE offensive boost and have our full powered lineup for the stretch run.

6 of the last 9 games of the season are against the A’s by the way.

How about we just stop losing to literally the worst teams in the league for a change? Even a mediocre showing against these teams would have us 6 or 7 games up on the A's.

The Astros are projected to win 95 games still. Being 3.5 back from a team projected to win 95 games is not handing the division away.

I know the team is hurt, but the starting pitching has to help overcome the offenses woes until they get healthy. Oh, that and being able to hit with RISP would hurt the cause.

I can accept losses. What I can't accept is the way they played last night.
Bad throws, baserunnig mistakes, no hustle, bobbling the ball around.

I don’t think the Astros have “it” this season. They are a good team but I seriously have doubts about them turning it on in the post-season. I’m not feeling it.

Many people thought the same thing last year with our crappy record. Then we went to the ALCS and almost won the pennant.

"We don't deserve to be in the playoffs" was my favorite comment from then and most memorable one. Can't remember who posted it though.

Is McCormick hurt. Why is Jones playing ahead of him. I am glad Meyers is getting his shot. Myers’ exit velocity has be nothing short of amazing. He really does look like the real deal.
