    Yep, develop younger players at all costs. Do whatever will give them the most experience and most opportunity to improve. Wins and losses are secondary, we should be happy either way. If they lose, whatever, that's expected and we get a great pick. If we win a lot of games with a bunch of 19 year olds...well, that's really good too, and says a lot about how good they are at such a young age.
