Damn. CNN coverage is really brutal. I am not sure what they are saying anymore. By all means, it seems to me like they are saying we should not have come out of Afghanistan but that is not what I heard from all the media, right and left including CNN, before any of this is done. It is all about how we are overstaying there and we should come out ASAP. I am unable to keep up with the news on who is saying what anymore

There is 4 million people in Kabul. I am assuming, if at least 1/10th of them try to take a desperate chance to get out, that is about half a million people trying to rush to airport. This chaos is bound to happen once the afghan government gave up and Taliban entered Kabul. I am not sure Trump(or anyone for that matter) will have plan for that. But CNN is taking it to Biden very hard.. I just watched TV after a long time and frankly a bit surprised.

It's a no-win situation over there. I really feel bad for the Afghan people... and especially the ones that work with US allies and can't get out. It's encouraging to read that there is a resistance movement going on against the Taliban. What I wonder is it's not like people are wearing uniforms to differentiate between resistance and Taliban, how do they know who's who?

1. Getting out is the right move. 2.
