Both acts are defined as PENETRATION W/O CONSENT AND/OR ABUSE. Here's the definition of Sexual Battery; Compelling someone to engage in sexual penetration against their will constitutes sexual battery. Sexual battery charges may also be filed if a victim was mentally incapable of consenting to a sexual act. At no time did he ever present a weapon, at no time did he forcibly hold them against their will, at no time did he grab their private parts, as was suggested by some. I see Solicitation but not Sexual Assault or Sexual Battery.

Bob McNair was talking about the league office making decisions that the owners should have more say in. And even if you think he was talking about the players, that’s still not racial or oppressive at all.
