I think somebody gives him a shot. Better than a two-way.

Brooks will make the team. I think he's ahead of kyrhi and lamb right now.

I think our depth chart is:

    thies-sengun-garuba
    wood-tate-KJ
    green-house-nwaba
    kpj-gordon-brooks
    wall-augustine-christopher

I definitely think we need to move some vets off the roster before the season starts. we have to clear more minutes for these young guys. we're stuck with wall and gordon for now. I was really puzzled by the thies and nwaba signing's since they seemingly created a log jam for sengun, Garuba, Tate, and KJ. however I think moving house and augustine will open up minutes for our young guys and clear 2 more roster spots for lamb and kyrhi.

We only have 3 real vets in Gordon Wall and House. Theis is needed. We needed to address the frontcourt. You cant continuously get killed on the glass and expect success.

it all depends on how you define success. if you're talking about winning, I don't expect thies to add a bunch of wins for us anyway. if success means developing our young guys, then I'd rather find more minutes for our 4 rookies + tate, KJ, and KPJ.

some vets are needed as mentors and to provide some structure on the court. can't learn to be a PnR ball handler if you don't have anyone on the roster who knows how to be a PnR roller. some vets will allow rookies to learn their role. structure and mentorship is important. wall, gordon, and thies give us a solid group mentors, 1 guard, 1 wing, 1 big. fine. but we have no use for augustine, house, or nwaba.

Just wait. They are handpicked vets to lead these young guns.

Some trades will happen if they need to in order to open up minutes. Otherwise the folks that remain are cool with developing the kids, otherwise they wouldn’t be here.

If you're counting House as a vet probably need to count Augustine and Wood too.

”Clear a roster spot for Anthony Lamb”. Welp, now I’ve heard it all.

PS: Apologies if you are Anthony Lamb’s grandmother. I’m sure he is a very nice boy. He just can’t play NBA basketball.

Isnt one of the 2 way basically his already?

Stone is prob looking for takers for House but given the insane talent available a 3M for a JR Smith lite with headcase tendencies prob isnt too attractive. Maybe Harden does his boy a solid and brings him to the nets.

I mean Oladipo just signed a vet min deal lol why the heck would you even bother trading for House at 3M.

It's like Ben McLemore except better and younger, loved watching him in the g-league back when I was watching those games to see KPJ. Another thing I love about watching him is he makes them from way behind the arc. It's too bad we don't have Bill Worrell to tell us which Houston suburb he's shooting from...maybe our new announcers will keep that one up.
