Ok. I want to build a website. I have no html knowledge. All of my other web ventures I have used Microsoft Publisher, but this time Publisher is not going to be enough. I want a software package that has a shopping cart and all the other crap I need to sell stuff on my website. Any suggestions?

To make it look professional (and if you're trying to sell things you should), you'll need some knowledge of HTML, even if you use an out-of-the-box shop solution.

You better have some kind of script programming knowledge to do that, php/asp/cgi/etc., you need to know some basics just to use other people's script.

I have enough knowledge to be able to look at script and figure it out enough to make the changes that I need, so that is not a problem.

Good enough. What I don't know about anything I have the capacity and resources to fiind out.

Dreamweaver is a nice package for building websites, but I don't know if it does anything with shopping carts, though if you Google "shopping cart" you will get more hits than you can handle and most of those scripts are pretty easy to incorporate into a website.

Since you mentioned previous web sites, are you going to use the same hosting service or are you open to change?

Are your current web sites on a server running Windows or a Unix/Linux variation?
