I jumped ship because of the organization. However, this is an interesting topic and I wanted to chime in. I'm curious as to why people are judging before a trial.
I think most of people are just salty that deshaun wants out and they’re using these allegations as an excuse to vent out their frustrations. I think people wouldn’t be so quick to judge if deshaun still wanted to be here.
I think he would have the benefit of the doubt with more people if this was the case, or if it was just one woman. I also think people are underselling the accusations because he’s a good QB. Neither are right thing to do.
Using your penis probe as a litmus test is not ok.. forcing your way to various extents on many people is not ok. The guy is a supposed 'nice guy' on the home team famous dude but unwelcome advances are still that.unwelcome! Coming at someone sexually using their job as a way in is creeper af. There are different levels of assault and you are arguing semantics now. There are 22 of them. Not sure what the law covers I suppose we will see.
We used to know a girl named blowjob betty and she would suck your dick if you whipped it out. It feels unnatural to do it but there is a small percentage that will suck your dick no questions asked. Being rich and famous I suppose that number skews slightly higher.. and at that point there is a percentage point more of chicks that will sorta feel obligated to suck the dick and often the 'famous' part isn't a requirement.. just rich. Deshaun probably watches his fair share of p*rn and thinks you can whip it out like that. I've known dudes that will grab the girl and kiss her and think that's what the girl wants and a sad small shy percentage will go with it. Lots of dudes have zero game that amount to whipping it out
Not true all. @J.R. @conquistador#11 and myself all defended him after he requested the trade. That went out the window when we found out he was a complete scumbag
I think there are levels of sexual abuse and assault, while I think he is probably guilty of something. I don't think what he did is even close to as bad as the players still allowed to play in the league. Roetblisberger, Tyreke Hill, Antonio Brown. Just to make a few. Heck even Robert Craft did exactly what Deshaun did and got caught on tape.. So I already know that if we don't play him and drive his value down he will comeback on some other team willing to give him a chance and wreck the league. We will regret it forever. So please just play the man, so we can trade him if you really care about what he did and don't want that on your team. Personally I think football fans are soo fickle. They won't care what Deshaun did as long as we win. Same people crying about him now will love him when he's the Super Bowl MVP.
I wouldn’t compare Kraft and Watson. Kraft obviously went to a rub and tug where the women knew what was happening. That’s not what Watson did. If Roethlisberger did what he did in today’s climate, I don’t think he would be playing. Antonio Brown is somehow still playing and I don’t get it.
I disagree. Cuz if our ex president can get away with it. If Bill Cosby can get away with it. Honestly, people pretend and act like they care but do they really care? It's like the talk of the town for a week then completely blows over and no one cares again. Winning cures all, and that just the world we live in. So Deshaun is guilty of soliticing prostitution for sure. And that is exactly what Kraft did. Krafts probably done itmultiple times too. Just cuz he went to a place doesn't mean it isn't illegal.
Yeah, I just disagree. I wouldn’t have supported Ben if I was a Steelers fan. Would hate Hill if I was a chiefs fan.
Kraft solicited prostitution, Watson committed sexual assault and sexual battery, those are not even close to the same thing. You might as well be comparing an illegal boxing match to murder
I don't think you enough details or facts to say he did either of those things yet. But you can safely say for sure he did solicit prostitution. Even if the women weren't prostitutes. if he's convicted of what you say I totally agree with you, but at this point in time. We can't say that for sure.
Deshaun Watson put himself in the position he’s in now, he’s got no one to blame but himself. Regardless if he’s guilty or innocent, he has lost the right to ask for a trade. I think that’s when fans started to turn on him.
