This is really early but Stone knocked it out of the park this draft. Set this team up for a decade

Sengun's footwork is so fun to watch. I miss that kind of big man play. I can't remember the last time we had a big who might actually be able to do something with the knowledge gained from working with Dream.

I mean obviously I'm not fully serious. There is like a 2% chance that happens.

Sengun and Jaygup are advanced stat monsters, +20 and +19 respectively.

Thriller not bad at all at +14.

Cade at -6 and Killian at ..... -22!!!!

I haven’t been able to watch this game as attentively as the opener but I’m loving what I’m seeing so far.

J Christopher is quickly becoming a favorite of mine. His body type and movements remind my of Donovan Mitchell. Bodies just bounce off of him when he drives. Love how he communicates on D. Love how he competes for loose balls. I actually think he has real leadership qualities. I’m excited to see lineups with he and Tate in them. He’ll probably earn a bench rotation spot with his defense and effort but I would love for him to play PG full time in the G-League this season to improve his playmaking instincts and break some of his tunnel-vision habits. I’m very high on him.

Green walked into this game with a target on his back given some of the chatter out there about Cade’s opener. With Detroit blitzing and trapping him its clear he’s got to work on his handles and passing but I thought he was fine today. It seemed like Detroit bottled him up but then you look at the box score and he’s got 20 points on 10 shots. His first step is lethal and will create massive free throw attempts for him throughout his career. Obviously he’s got to work on the turnovers. Another thing I noticed is that with all the attention being paid to him he moved around without the ball and created lanes for JC and Sengun to take advantage of. This is actually big time. These are the sort of things that don’t show up in the box score but raise the offense overall just by being in the game. I did think his defense today was much worse than the opening game. I think he’s a little amped up trying to have a statement game.

Sengun was great. Nothing more to add. We know what he is.

KJ Martin might be a legit shooter now. That’s a very pleasant surprise.

aside from the turnovers green had a great game. 2 were his own fault. 3 were from playing out of position as a PG.

Christopher can eat off that first step if he's a good defender. We have plenty of firepower on the team if used right, I doubt he's going to need to score too often. If he can get some in transition and by blowing by people then maybe the 3 ball isn't as urgent as it could be?

Finally Green got a small highlight on Cade.

25 points but he didn't have any buzzworthy highlights on Cade.. welp..

I guess it's safe to say that our lottery picks are waaaaaaay better than Detroit's:

    Cade 1st overall
    Killian Hayes 7th overall
    Saddiq Bey 19th overall
