Blame for what? From what I'm seeing the Biden Admin. is doing all it can short of a national mandate to try to get people vaccinated. It's not downplaying the seriousness of this pandemic, they're not saying things like "it will magically disappear", they are still trying to get more relief regarding economic problems arising from the ongoing pandemic. Yes this situation is something to worry about but short of doing a national vaccination or mask mandate, which might not survive court challenges, I'm not sure what more the Biden Admin can do. FYI I did give the Trump Admin. credit for operation Warp Speed and getting the vaccine out quickly. It still boggles my mind why he doesn't push vaccinations more.
Governor abbott is the preventing cities and counties from setting mask and vaccine mandates, while Biden is doing what he can to encourage more people to vaccinate.
Because it would do him no immediate good... I mean, at all. That's all that guides his daily decisions, based on all evidence.
