My brother is a retired Marine, actual moderate, strong gun rights supporter, etc. He's mentioned to me many times that he had to abandon Facebook because a huge percentage of his former colleagues have lost their ****ing minds and he just can't take it.

 

Good call as this seems to be proven as a bunk false flag.

We need some sort of agreed independent commission with reasonable people of different races, identities, political and cultural affiliations, etc to submit things to that seem questionable like this, Jussie Smollet, etc. before the side that wants it to be true to gets too riled up runs with it. Kind of a more comprehensive version of Snopes.

There's plenty of research that as a species we're much more discerning about things we want to disprove than things we want to be true.
