Even though the Bulls made many questionable signings the last few days, it is still laughable when anyone will like to compare those to the Wall/Westbrook trade.
Will be interesting to see how all of those new pieces fit together. Maybe gets them up to 4th in the East?
Ooff now it his might actually be the worst deal of the off-season. Knicks and Bulls neck and neck on just signing anyone they can, creating a glut at certain positions while having almost 0 at others.
John Wall will be paid $92 million over the next two years, I don't know about you, but I'd rather take DeRozan for 3 years/$85 million over Wall for 2 years/$92 million.
Their backcourt looks really crowded now with an anemic frontcourt. I wonder if they bring back Lauri Markkanen now, if he even wants to.
Didn’t say it was good lol. Just not as bad when Derozen is is signing for 3/85 and guys like Fournier are signing for 4/78. Ok at least concede this one to me. Eric Gordon’s contract isn’t looking as bad these days. How about that?
Demar will be on 28 mil a year which is great but not max money, John Wall is on 41 mil a year, there's no comparison
That roster looks interesting now. You won’t need DeRozan as an outside threat, but he might clog the paint for LaVine. Markkanen and Vucevic will be great in the front court. PG is solid with depth with different looks. Ayo will be fun to watch develop. Add Donovan to the mix and you have a possible 6 seed or higher depending on team chemistry.
Ya’ll really know how to take a man’s hopes and grind them into powder don’t you? Can I just pretend like somebody might want to trade for John Wall in peace?
at the time of signing the contract at least Wall was good, Derozan is complete garbage now and you know he'll be complete garbage for the 3 years of the ridiculous contract
