    Very disappointed about free agency so far. Nwaba and Theis are definitely not better than Brown and Olynyk. A poor shooter like Nwaba is useless in half court offense, he is Corey Brewer 2.0, I know he’s cheap but Brown got signed by Dallas for even cheaper price. He really should’ve keep Brown.

    And Theis, I heard a lot of hype about his defense but he isn’t even that good. There is a reason Boston traded him. My friend is a Boston fan and he was not high on Theis. Olynyk isn’t perfect, but at similar price I would definitely pick him over Theis.

    I think Stone made the wrong call.

    It’s not about if this or that due will be good or not.

    This is about to offer a 29 years old fringe role/bench player a forking 4 years contract when you clearly are going to suck for a while.

    The amount of people complaining about bench players that will be irrelevant when we’re ACTUALLY READY TO COMPETE in three years is amazing to me.

    We’re not getting any big names right now. There’s no reason to make big money moves when we’re not that good and need to keep picking in the lottery.

    We crushed the draft. That’s what matters. Relax.

    Kelly would hit a 3, but he wasn’t playing no D. Theis will play some D, but he ain’t hittin no 3. Pick your poison. Wood is suspect enough on defense you need a mop up guy like Theis next to him, but I would have just played Garuba and Sengun there. You have Lamb and KMJ too.

    I’m gonna say an F word.

    FIT. Looks like Stone and Silas are putting together a complimentary team.

    Nwaba is ok but where is he going to play? SF? Tate, house and martin play the SF and Theis is only 6'8

    Wait so your friend who is a Boston sports fan, who presumably somehow knows more than a Stanford educated lawyer with 20 years of experience in the NBA, thinks there is a reason Boston moved on from Theis, but they also moved on from KO so you are saying they were right about Theis and wrong about KO? Seems legit.

    KMjr played mostly PF or C last year
    Tate can slide to PF if needs be
    House likely gone is what the Nwaba signing tells us - OR someone is going to be the end of bench guy. 15 roster spots, some people just sit there and cheer

    Theis can hit threes, just not as many or as often. He can shoot pretty well though
