“Leave the rest to me” is pretty chilling.

It’s scary to consider the lengths Trump might have gone to remain in power if we didn’t have people vigorously defending our electoral process.

At this point, I understand him not wanting them released, regardless of what's in them. Biden ought to sign an executive order declaring that any presidential candidate must release their tax returns for the previous 10 years.

So what laws has Trump broken and why hasn't the IRS gotten him for it? If his taxes are bad then what is the issue? I still haven't been given a clear answer on these. This is as nebulous as the DNC funded reports used to illegitimize the 2016 election. Please provide citations if you want to actually prove these claims.

Against my better judgement I'm going to assume you are asking in good faith:

    Here is a rundown:

Trump Engaged in Suspect Tax Schemes as He Reaped Riches From His Father https://nyti.ms/2P6S6mK

An example would be Trump defaulting on a loan and the bank does debt forgiveness but Trump still writes it as a loss for himself to get a massive refund. Forgiven loans are counted as income and instead paying taxes on there income he claimed he still owes the money in losses which allowed him to get a massive refund. In fact I'm sure that's the main reason for the IRS audit that Trump jeeps on lying about. He's laying about not being able release his tax returns during an audit. He's not lying about getting audited by the IRS. That is true and they have good reason to audit him.

yet another eg of dachuda86 imposing his willful ignorance on us

altho ur merely parroting Repug talking point, i know that you know this happen during Trump's presidency

in 2017, Trump & his repug / banana Republican cronies passed the largest tax cut---for the benefit of the top 1%--- in history,
    • eliminating the alternative minimum tax
      • to the benefits of those w large multi-million $real estate transactions such as Trump
    • putting a cap on SALT deductions
      • to the detriment of the middle class who has a mortgage and pay local income tax

I have a very poor relative that got the title of her trailer taken away because she owes $1400 in taxes. Meanwhile this piece of **** of a human is trying to run for president again and only paid $750 in taxes.

Why should there be an executive order saying that?

This is a key point of the judge's ruling and why elected officials should divest themselves.
"By freely contracting with GSA for his own private economic gain, and by not divesting upon taking office, President Trump opened himself up to potential scrutiny from the very Committee whose jurisdiction includes the 'management of government operations and activities, including Federal procurement,':
