Yeah, you may be right. Wall has been unfairly maligned over a bunch of BS by dummies like Colin Cowherd, but he hasn't always been the best locker room presence. A few years ago in Washington, he was fined for swearing at Scott Brooks and got into a heated exchange with Jeff Green, so he's no stranger to strife. But those Wiz teams had much higher expectations, despite their obvious deficiencies and dysfunction. I guess the hope would be that he'll be a more positive influence, now that he's a few years removed from All NBA status and in a rebuilding situation (both for the team and his own career).

Unfortunately yes. Silas needs to cut down his minutes.

In his defense he didn't say how mexico will pay for Wall. We could sell them landry's chicken tenders and use that money to indirectly pay for it. One way or another.

    Ha

But really, WAll is a non issue. His contract hurts, but it aint hruting us fans as its not like tilman is spending anywhere else. We had to eat his contract ofr the rebuild and we got a no 2 pick and hopefulyl another next year and the whole future ahead of us.

WAll just has to "shut up and listen" and be either a good vet, or sit at home and collect 40 million until he is tradeable or a buyout if he has the pride for that and then wall be a non story as it should.

It IS an issue if he demands substantial minutes. Or if Silas wants to start KPJ at PG and Green at SG.

I agree. Wall wants to play, his next contract is coming up in a couple of years and he wants to show he is still worth it. There is no way he will happily take a seat back.

    It shouldn’t be an issue

He’s just not that good to take minutes away from the youngins -

They just need to be honest with him and tell him he’s not starting and if you want to roll off the bench and help mentor green and Christopher and porter I’m all for it it

I think we will trade Gordon

walls contract is just so negative

We’re stuck with him which is fine because he doesn’t help us win either and I don’t wanna win Yet

    I want Chet next year!

    imagine adding Chet

I hope we trade Wood ! He might prevent us from getting a top 4 pick

Yea if he demands minutes. Send his ass home or maybe in a co rental wiht Al Horford. It aint gonna help his value or he can accept a cheap buy out(go figure, I'm calling for tilman money savings). He just doesnt fit and if hes home he can't do the damage

that said, he did say the right things last year, maybe hell give us a year of being a vet and 'gets' his value is where it is

    Matter of time really.

He came here because he thought he would be on a contender.

If he has a competitive bone in his body, he would want out.
