    Picks are great sweeteners. The value of a pick is always better than what will actually get taken. 1st rounders carry almost a universal value. Like, when negotiating trades, a Pacers 1st round doesn't get proportionately more hype then say a Utah first rounder or Milwaukee 1st rounder. It's like superstar trades are parties and people only need 1st rounders to get in the door. The worst 1st rounders in the league just netted Harden last season.
