I said a while ago that OKC loved Mobley and I would not be surprised to see them trade up....except I think all 3 of these guys can be special players so unless Cleveland got an absolute HAUL, I don't see it happening. I don't think OKC is dumb enough to trade their future away which is what will be required because the Cavs should just sit tight, take Mobley, and move on.
It's the details in Green's game that can make him special, on both ends. Also, the eloquence and passion in which he can describe and comprehend the improvements he needs to make. The drive appears to be there, the killer appears to be in there, too.
You know what? I kinda hope you are right - I want another high pick next year and I want Green to make this season exciting - and learn. He is said to be a gym rat and one that is laser focused on getting better. That’s the primary reason I want him over Mobley. Let him be a highlight reel that doesn’t win this year and develope his game. So next year we draft high again and he developes in a complete player with a superstar ceiling.

Isn't that just irrelevant at this point? You really have 2 sane choices if we don't draft Mobley. Either root for the Rockets/Green and let it go, or go be a Cavs fan. Don't be one of the 3rd way guys who roots for the Rockets/Green to fail just so they can go "Ha! We should've picked Mobley!" That's the most pathetic of all routes people could take...
It'll be what I've been expecting for a while now. I'll give the kid the benefit of the doubt and hope he can prove that he's more than just BS hype and posturing. I'm hopeful the rest of the picks are used for players that might be useful one day.
I have no issue with the top 3 being spoiled. But anything after that would be annoying. After having to anxiously wait down to the last second watching pick #5 being flipped over on lottery night, I had no interest going through that again.

I’d rather find out later too but if he didn’t leak it someone else would of. It’s just the nature of the business. Hopefully there will be some fireworks tonight though.
