Who did we trade for a few years ago where they just switched dugouts like this? Maybe it was a pitcher and maybe more than a few years ago.
We traded Bud Norris to the O's for LJ Hoes (and Josh Hader, ugh), Hoes made his MLB debut that night; and Scott Feldman to the Jays (for some guy who never made it out of A-ball and is currently only 22 and in the Mexican League) in the middle of series.
I want to fall asleep but that is what I did last night. Staying awake for the hit parade. If they extend to a 10 run lead, I am closing my eyes.
Can someone casually hit Dusty over the head and take him into the clubhouse until the game is over? Padres take the lead
Alright....8-2 lead. I'm going to bed... Hoping to have some better reading material / highlights to watch with my coffee tomorrow than I did this morning.
Wow, I had forgotten about that Jose Cardenale trade. I think it's pretty safe to say we won't be seeing a pitcher win 1 game of a doubleheader for each team ever again.
Just a reminder to LMJ - these guys are more or less terrible hitters. Just find the zone and stop putting .200 hitters on base.
LMJ literally missing in the exact same location over and over.... wild how pitchers can seemingly lose it in a instant.
