    Well I thought the boys down at clutchfans sport and wheel could help pimp my ride.

    This is what my car more or less looks like, except with 75 more dings and scratches and no hub caps.

    okay, well, i don't have photoshop on this comp...but this is how to pimp it:

    -lower it 1 or 2 inches.
    -headlight covers (front and back).
    -20 inch rims. [​IMG]
    -low profile tires.
    -hydraulics
    -tinted windows

    yeah, that should do it.

    Building on Kaiser's work from 3814's suggestions:

    I added in a underbody lighting package thingy to compensate for the lack of hydraulics -- unlike some admins I could name, I don't feel the need to flaunt my Extract filter. ;)

    No... a jpeg is a compressed bitmap file. So, it goes through the jpeg algroithm to compress it....so you need some sort of photo-editing software...

    What it the image origionally?

    its a picture taken from my digital camera. would paint shop pro have a option on there to do it?

    Yep. Just open the pic in Paint Shop Pro and then click save as, and save it with whatever extension you want (GIF, JPEG, etc.).
