I'm not creative enough to come up with any but Horny was Scarecrow, also The Paperboy which is one of the most underrated. Of all the Jazz, i hated Jeff Hornacek the least.
Hey, he's on the payroll now and that never really made sense for him anyway so I'm sure he'll gladly pass it on.
I really want Murphy but the more I look at it he’s going to get snatched up right before us and I’ll have to watch his nba career for the next decade on a different team .. face palm
I was pushing for Murphy 6 months ago when no one else was .... since then he's gone from being mocked in the 40's or UDFA to a potential late lottery pick and almost certainly in the fist round. Yeah , it'll really suck to see him somewhere else .... particularly if its OKC or another division / conference rival.
Well to get that additional pick you’re going to need to trade Wood. No way to get one without I’m doing that likely.
At that point - having drafted two early draft picks - Assuming they are star material , along with the other picks you have over the next two drafts- you don't trade Wood , he's at the very least a high quality #3 on a really good team .... and you need glue guys like Tate around them. Ironically , that's the same point in time that Wall becomes an expiring contract and that's when you can leverage that $47m expiring , along with draft picks to bring back another quality talent. Wood may end up as your #4 behind two early lottery picks and a star you trade for. Having Wood on his bird rights at that point in time is very convenient ....
No, they didn't. Giannis was not some no-name found by a vacationing scout while tossing fish into a barrel from a trawler on a Greek isle. His upside was clearly envisioned but obviously had odds against.
I fail to understand what has Hornacek done in his first year in Houston? If our shooting doesn't improve, I want him out of here.
I know this off subject but clutch can y’all take James bum Harden off the front page he play for the Nets not the Rockets this is new era thanks in advance out with the old in with the new
No. Jerry West orchestrated that deal to swap Vlade Divac for the high-schooler; West saw the potential.
I find it hard to believe that Kobe right out of high school would have had that much pull-- after-all, he was the 13th pick not the 1st. More importantly, the Lakers had already traded Divac for the rights to Kobe and with some of that money signed Shaq as a free agent that same summer.
