Harden did a lot for the franchise but the franchise did a lot for Harden as well. First of all Rox were paying him like 40M a year, it's a basic responsibility for him to put the team on his back otherwise they'd pay him veteran min.

Contention is a 2 way street you act like the Rox didn't do **** for Harden Morey's been trying to get him help since Harden arrived. Dwight, Cp3 and WB aren't top 3 NBA players but they aren't exactly scrubs either, all 3 of these guys gonna go in the HOF as a first ballot. You can say the Rox were incompetent but you can't say they didn't try or give their best effort to get Harden the help he needs.

What Harden did in return is stab the franchise in the back, just demand a trade out of the blue and then try his best to lower his trade value. Are you gonna ignore everything he did? Harden is a legit MVP and top 5 player all we got for him are a bunch of picks and freaking Oladipo rental. A large reason for that is the shenanigans Harden pulled like skipping camp, gorging on water to appear bloated and then throwing a ball to tate just to cause drama and turmoil.

Gimme a break. If you wanna keep sucking Harden's nuts feel free to do so but you are the pathetic one here not others.

He also had the chance last year when almost everybody in GSW got injured and couldn't close the games out.

Harden and Cp3 had chances just like everybody else. Bottom line is Giannis delivered and they didn't, pure and simple.

Yes, the Nets will still be very good IF they stay healthy. We Rockets fans keep thinking if Yao and TMac could stay healthy...

The Big 3 in Brooklyn are all pretty fragile. On paper they are a great team. But a lot of things have to go right for them to win it all.

That series was a tough one. Because Harden overall did carry the team averaging like 34 ppg.

It's just he disappears when the team needs him the most in tight games and that was due to his stationaryness that made it easy to deny him the ball where he became a spectator on offense when he needed to be the man.

It did frustrate me that Curry got so much praise that series for showing up for literally one half and getting all the credit even though Harden easily outperformed him for the entire series as a whole while Curry rode KD for most of the series. But to Curry's credit he did show up when his team absolutely needed him.

Are you even a Rockets fan? I was a fan of this team before Harden and will continue to be one after. Harden didn’t take the high road out and we’re still recovering from trading him to the team HE ****ing trained with last offseason knowing he was gonna **** us. Cool he did great things as a Rocket but he’s not Dream or Clyde. He’s gone and the Rockets are still here. Maybe you should root for them or don’t

Sucks for Harden. He was mister durable for almost a decade here in Houston and as soon as he leaves he gets hamstring issues.

Ya, I'm betting the Nets will have another injury plagued regular season next season. They just need to be healthy before the playoffs start and sneak in at any seed and still will be most likely the favorite still.

You've seem to do a lot of misunderstanding.

When did I ever say the Rockets didn't do anything for Harden?

Why don't you instead focus on the last three years he was here. What did the Rockets (under Tilman) do for Harden to help him win a championship? Because you love to yap about everything Harden did at the end of his tenure, but on the other hand talk about all the good things the Rockets did for Harden whilst blatantly ignoring the fact those things were done PRIOR to Tilman aka the end of his tenure.

Geez those crickets chirping are awfully loud.

I love how you just note everything Harden did at the end as if it wasn't the direct result of some pretty key thing happening to the franchise up to that point he was ride or die for.

    Yawn. Next.

You can apply "circumstance" to every single title in league history, ever.

It's why Vegas only gets it right 2 out of 5 times.

    LMAO.

No, the team is still recovering from Tilman Fertitta. And will continue to recover.

What does me calling out fans have anything to do about the team?

    Jesus. Comprehension please.

    Yawn. Next.

Harden had to face the most talented team ever constructed. Warriors. Two MVPs (Curry + Durant) plus two all-stars(Thompson and Green). I think Rockets would've won at least one ring if not for Durant's decision to join the Warriors. Suns are good but they're not even close to that Warriors team. Rockets were good at the wrong time...and don't get me started with refs. Giannis didn't have to face anything close to that.

Maybe, but there is no doubt that Mobley couldn't handle contact on his skinny frame. I have no idea if he has bulked up some since the end of the NCAA season.

100 percent correct. Losing CP3 made a huge difference and Luc too to a certain extent.

    Harden is a great player.

    Also,

Harden shipped off Cp3 who just carried phx to the finals for his butt buddy trying to be LeGM and doomed this entire franchise. He dug his own grave here, then when he realized it he left the entire franchise, city, and its fans for dead. Tried to take the easy way out by chasing a chip with a super team. Then got his ass handed to him by lady Karma because she is a vengeful b****.

All is right in the world.

You guys like to put Harden down for not "getting it done"...but the level of difficulty (Warriors) is much higher than what Giannis has had to face.

Sad part for harden is no matter how many rings he wins in Brooklyn he won't be higher on the all time ranks playing 2nd fiddle

Would Giannis's Bucks be able to beat that Warriors team?
