Oh my goodness gracious. No one ever stopped a black man from working construction. As far as punishing businesses that hire illegals, that's all talk. Every restaurant in Houston would shutter its doors; they wouldn't need a pandemic to close down.

The Trumpy folk such as yourself, have lost the "illegals are stealing American jobs" argument. There's a nationwide labor shortage RIGHT NOW. "Americans will step up and take the jobs when all the illegals are deported." Hahahahahah

Everytime I encounter a Trumpy who hates illegals, I ask them to boycott anything produced, serviced, or built by illegals. Seriously, this would actually make a difference in your cause. But we all know, that's not going to happen don't we? So just stop being a little cry baby about it.

Remember when GA drove illegals away so that Americans would take their jobs at the farm? Yea, that worked out great.

If Republicans and Democrats are serious about American First, they would have migrant work programs that give them the opportunity to slowly move up the ladder while investing in American for higher-paying and better jobs.

Do you have any statistics on that one? I'm not a black man applying for construction jobs, so I can't rely on personal experience to inform me.

If a person has a house being built I can guarantee you illegal immigrants are the subcontractors here in Texas...and that's not a knock on them in this economy it is what it is.

When I was a little boy, we had a neighbor that owned a foundation business. He was illegal. Wasn't really a big deal at the time, at least in my kid head. Anyhow, his biggest contracts came from Gemcraft Homes. Perhaps the biggest builder in Texas at the time, late 80's.

He passed years ago, a millionaire. His company still going strong ran by his children.

Super racist to make people prove they are residents and who they say they are. SUPER racist. That is some Jim Crow stuffs! OMGz.

The real reason Dems are putting so much effort into interfering with election rules is because they KNOW it hurts their chances. Why? Because they need their foot soldiers to be able to cheat. They would not say anything otherwise.

I don't think many Americans realize how many industries rely on undocumented labor. If we were to actually completely close our borders it would collapse our economy. Fruit would rot in the fields, houses would be unbuilt and meat wouldn't be packed.

Also this idea that the labor is only below market rate isn't true many working construction are paid well over minimum wage and the median meat packing wage is around $15.00. There aren't many US Citizens that are willing to take those jobs.

Something else to think about. At a time when many are complaining about inflation under the laws of supply and demand if you constrict the labor supply by restricting immigrant labor you're going to see rapid inflation.

Would make sense if Democrats had been cheating in recent elections. But since there is zero evidence of any widespread cheating, your argument doesn't make sense.

The real questions are, why don't Republicans want more citizens to vote? And why won't there party adopt and support policies that speak to more of the populace?

Its republicans that are attempting to change voting rules in states across the country. And by coincidence, after they lost the White House and the Senate. But yea... its Democrats...

I do believe.......I also have no evidence, but it has to be true.....that he is pulling that out of his prison wallet.

"I'd like a job on your construction team."
"Hmn. Are you from Puerto Rico? Colombia? Venezuela? Costa Rica? Dominican Republic, Cuba?"
"No. No. No. No. No. No."
"So you aren't Latino Spanish-speaking Black, you're just black?"
    "Uh.........yeah."
    "No job vacancies, sorry."

    The Republican national policy.

No offense taken. I would opine that your posts tend to initiate conflict quite often.
