We just have so many future assets It would be a homerun if we could somehow move up to one without touching this year’s pics or next year’s pics I’d rather package several of the meaningless ones Well they’re not meaningless but the heavy protections makes them not to Desirable Give back Detroit’s pick, add Washington’s pick , bucks pick in 2023 Can three future first not be enough to move up one freaking spot??!! maybe not - I would do all three and throw in JaSean Tate or Kenyon Martin jr if necessary I want to be the youngest team in the league next year I want our youngsters to play 35 minutes a game I want a 52% chance at the top for pick more than anything!
Not at all….Cade is easily the best player in the draft and you give up whatever it takes. In a few years you can trade him for 4 first round picks. Just watched the FIBA Finals with both Cade and Green and Cade is WAYYYYY better than Green. It was as much as KPJ outplayed him in the G-League. Green has zero impact on the game because of his lack of defensive talent/effort and extremely low bball defensive iq. Cade is a much smarter and smoother player who plays great defense and hustles forboth defensive and offensive rebounds.
So, here's where I personally come down. I'd give up all our FRPs this year and Gordon to move up for Cade. Don't care what separate trades you have to organize to accomplish that. I would not give up any unprotected future FRPs.

He’s better with the ball. Bagley and Wiseman were mistakes. You don’t want to make a mistake [by not taking Mobley] because you were trying to avoid someone else’s mistake.” https://www.washingtonpost.com/sports/2021/03/31/evan-mobley-nba-draft/
Don't get me wrong; Sabonis was still a great passer in Portland I'll agree with you. That being said, Jokic right now is better than Portland Sabonis. I wished we could have seen prime Sabonis in the NBA.
Now THAT....is something that makes me favor Mobley, Im still on the Green train but this tweet gives me pause.
you think its possible we get the 13th pick, then package that with others picks, tate and/or wood for the 3rd pick and take both green/mobley
For everybody coming at me about my opinion that giving up the 2nd and 13th pick if we happen to acquire it would be overpaying for Cade…y’all keep saying Cade is better then green which I agree he is…but that’s not my reasoning…I just think green/13th pick or Mobley/13th pick is better then just Cade.

That seems to be what most of Clutchfans believes Indy wants out of that .... But I don't buy it at all. I think they want one of Tate or Martin Jr. What was stated was "a player with two years remaining on his current contract" Guys with 2 years left: Wall EG Wood KPJ Tate KMJ Guys with less than 2 years left: House Augustin Bradley Guys with more than 2 years: Thomas. You can't make me believe they want EG over any of the other options .....
I don't think he'd retire here .... He could help a contender and it would only require 15.552m in outgoing salary to acquire him via trade for a team over the cap. Stone would squeeze an asset outa that ....
Tell the Cavs executive to shove his opinion up his ass. What an embarrassment that franchise has been after being gifted several high lottery picks over the last few years.
I wonder if the Rockets actually have Green #1 on their board... The whole trade up stuff started to heat up once it was rumored that the Pistons wanted Green.... So I'm starting to think it's all just smokescreens really. Detroit is just trying to squeeze us out of assets to move up for Green when they are probably settled on Cade any way.
Ok, let's do this... Sabonis... Joker is great, but Sabonis had incredible feel and anticipation--he was a savant passer. Bill Walton was pretty damn good also, this video is a little long, but gives you context for the era Walton played in...
