damn I just posted this... lets see who wins the thread battle @BossHogg713 Edit: I lost. I deleted my thread.
He sure didn't have any problem taking the $80M knowing damn well what the offense was even before got here. I know Mike D wasn't the coach before Ryno got here but Harden always played heavy iso ball in McHale years, although not as heavy usage as those Mike D years. If he only knew that @DreamShook stuck his neck out for him.
sounds like he was most unhappy during the 17-18 season that’s the year we started the heavy switching and heavy ISO/guys just standing around…that’s the year his role got reduced because PJ was way more important so to all that complaining from Ryan Anderson, all I have to say is
I'm shocked he didn't enjoy standing around and getting a pass with 2 seconds left on the shot clock!!!
when I was in my "i'm riding for ryno era" I hated this line of thinking... Ryno got offered a lot of money and he took it. it isn't his fault MDA and Harden were on that silly sh*t. His first season in Houston was really good.
Ryno didnt have a problem signing the contract did he? Such weak excuse making and loser mentality. Ugh.
He's angry that he was overpaid, missed his open shots, and got roasted by chef Curry on the switch. The NBA passed Ryan Anderson by. These days you have to be skilled in multiple ways at every position and everyone switches on defense at least sometimes. If the Rockets were the problem he would have excelled in Phoenix or Miami, he didn't. The days of a stand still jumpshooter who can't move and does nothing else are gone. Even Duncan Robinson has to move off ball alot to make himself a weapon.
all this stuff Ryno is complaining about happened primarily in 17-18…the year we won 65 games and went to game 7 of the WCF So as we were winning, Ryno was busy crying. Shame
If only James and CP3 would've taken a backseat to Ryno... Spoiler He obviously read the posts here about him. Spoiler I liked him as a person and wish he could've stuck around. Spoiler I'm sorry he's bitter and blames everyone else.
This is exactly how you guys treated CP3 on his way out of Houston too.... Not me ready to defend Ryan Anderson again..
Whatever his concerns about basketball that besides the point. Its like....you guys can be really awful to players. Yall dont treat them with respect.
What's his excuse for his shitty play in Miami or all the other places since Houston? He had ONE job in D'Antoni's system, shoot the F'ing 3ball. And grab a rebound or two. Someone should have asked Ryno if he were the HC how he would have played a guy with his skills, especially on DEFENSE.
this was Ryan Anderson after our 1st round series against OKC in 2017 "This is exciting," Anderson said. "Series one went by quick. This season went by quick. But it feels like this group has been together a whole lot longer than it had because we enjoy being around each other. It's been a fun year. all his anger stems from the 17-18 season when we were winning 65 games Selfish much?
