    I got about a mile from home and had to wait in a parking lot for almost 2 hours to get home because the streets were flooded. My brother scouted out the area and found a way around flooded streets to guide us home Thank God. This moron recklessly drove by as I sat in the parking lot. PXL_20210714_220226527.jpg

    I saw video of that driver on the national news (nbc) -- he was swept away in the torrent and disappeared down a storm drain.

    Southbelt all the way to Friendswood got pounded by rain around 3:30. Major flooding in the roadways. Saw a few idiots risk it and destroy their maximas.
