    I think Pippen is outstanding HOF, all time great, and is very underrated in many regards.


    Yet in other regards, he is highly overrated, people (especially his fans/Bulls fans) say he is without question a top 5 SF, just for the defense and 6 titles. I've always thought he was great, but he never truly or had the ability to carry a team over his career.

    I believe he is already out of the top 5 -- Baylor, Dr. J, Bird, LBJ, and KD. Really, 6 should be a no-brainer with Rick Barry, then you've got guys like Nique, James Worthy, Kawhi, Pierce, and magnificent scorers, like Alex English, Melo, and Dantley. A few people, li

    So, overall, he may not have been a player who could carry a franchise, just look at 94-95 Bulls. He's like a fantastic five tool player (basketball equivalent) who wasn't quite the main guy.

    I forgot about Havlicek, so is also top 5 as well with the other guys and Barry. So, no Pippen close to top 5.
