He was just as ripped, if not more, in '19. I remember they ripped off his jersey during that season one time (of course no one in the media ever mentions this and that his wife wasn't happy about it) and I swear he had a 12-pack.
I know I have to go to sleep. I usually struggle past 8. But the excitement remains. I will likely watch the videos several times a day for the next five days.
dare i say you punched a donkey? lol i don't blame you though. i was watching the Euro and had astros in the background instead.
Altuve = HOF. The face of this generation of Stros era should be enshrined when it's all said and done. A 2nd ring would cement it.
Now that I think about it, if he can get back to .300 and the Astros keep their pace, shouldn't he be in MVP conversations?
Unreal, Altuve really is something special Watched most of the game on TV yesterday. Me and a couple of friends were gonna go see black widow after the game. Once the game got out of hand we went ahead and left early to get something to eat before the movie. Didn't even bother checking the final score before I went to sleep. Wasn't even mad about the ugly series, peaks and valleys are just part of baseball to me. I wake up this morning and see a post on reddit of all places that we came back and won. It's almost worth losing the series to have this happen. Them Yankee bit**es we're feeling so good about themselves heading into the break, and this snuffed that all out. The mighty Yankees, constantly felled by this little b*stard.
Man…. What a badass win. Jose Altuve is just an amazing ballplayer. Just thinking about the 100+ loss seasons and if someone would have told me when Altuve got called up that “that little guy is going to end up being arguably the best Astro of all time, a Yankee slayer, a Houston sports GOAT, a World Series champion, and a future hall of famer” I would’ve looked at that person like they just told me the funniest **** I’d ever heard. An amazing story, an amazing career, and it’s not even close to being done yet. We’re blessed as fans to have such a (little) big time player who has given us SO many memorable, historic moments.
