Greg Brown could be worth a late 2nd round pick or as a UDFA. I won't be bothered if the Rockets don't select him.

TBH, Stromile Swift outside the lottery is pretty good value.

#8 Springer is one of the surprises.

    Other surprises:
    #11 Garuba
    #14 Hyland
    #18 Primo
    #19 McBride
    #29 Kispert

They claim “While these predictions are based on my conversations with NBA scouts and executives around the league, as well as my own scouting and information-gathering, they’re subject to change dramatically over the course of the next few weeks.”

Would add Kai Jones falling to 20.

And Rockets taking Cooper over Kispert, Murphy or Isaiah Jackson.

Cam Thomas and Sengun are the most advanced offensive players in this draft, not really that close.

Yeah, I really don’t want anymore short guards.

I’m thinking that one of the reasons that Bassey is falling in the draft is the concern over his serious knee injury.

    http://www.tankathon.com/players/compare?players=trey-murphy-iii--joe-wieskamp

Trey Murphy III is a very popular pick for the Rockets on this board and I like his shooting and dunks. But compared to Joe Wieskamp, for example, who is 2 inches shorter. He scores less, rebounds half and not much assists or blocks per 36 minutes.

I understand that could be due to the very slow paced Virginia team. If that’s the case, then he might struggle in the faster NBA pace early.

I would be fine with Murphy at one of the later firsts and Wieskamp in the 2nd (after buying a pick)

I see Springer's floor as being Marcus Smart.

Shooting is a premium in the NBA, and you cannot have enough snipers. Both of them shoot over 43% from 3 on a good volume.
