Giannis would be the best center in the NBA if they played him at that position.

He's almost as big as Ayton and as fast as Westbrook. He can defend the rim and would be the best perimeter switching big in the league. He's like Shaq in the paint and LeBron in transition. Can dribble, pass, shoot and defend at atleast above average level for a center.

There arent many 7 footer in the league with as many skills, abilities and talent in the history of the NBA.

Again one team plays smart and the other plays flat out dumb. The quality of shots the bucks take is some of the dumbest I’ve ever seen. It’s westbrick level iq

exactly. Bball IQ is most important in the post season. The minutes wear on you and becomes a game of chess. Didn't know booker was so smart. Took an easy bank shot since defense gave it to him, and then took a gamble on that 3 which shifted the momentum.

It's the AD syndrome. They play PF, so less wear on the body. And just play help side defense. Guys like Brook sacrifice on their behalf.

Unskilled players tend to do that.

Both teams are supposedly decent at transitional D. But Suns seems to be only team that runs fastbreaks this series to test their opponent. Bucks slow.

Middleton is a lot like PG in that their game improves and benefits from NOT playing with another star.

Both are isolation players who score from the mid range extended with the occasional dribble drive. They need the ball and a lot of opportunities to find their rythym and opening.

I didn't see giannis as a 5 until last year due to the prevalence of small ball and high screen action. Anyways the Bucks aren't equipped to play him at the 5 right now, due to divicenzo injury. Connignton, forbes and Portia aren't great options to be the 5th player instead of Lopez.

Yeah, I know I've made my feelings on this clear.

Giannis is EXTREMELY skilled. People need to stop comparing his skills to that of a guard, he's a 6'11, dudes 6'11 can't even dream of doing half of the stuff he does.

And Giannis isn't even the issue with his team. Bucks are the team that need Beal or Dame the most, they just don't have a consistent go to perimeter scorer.

Jokic makes Giannis look like Stromile Swift if we are comparing him to bigs on "skills" plural.

    His skill is quickness.

A 5 has to box out and bang for the rebound, which also sucks up energy, another reason is to preserve him for offense. Giannis with his body and athleticism no doubt can be that defensive center.

At the 4, the weak side defense, also pads his steals, blocks, and some of the advance metrics which make him look good for mvp candidacy.

For all the knock on coach Bud, he does what he can to a) keep Giannis happy, not always do the dirty work. b) preserve him in a glass case when possible.
