He can switch speed and direction, his post up game is developing along with his passing.
Kuminga and he had a good partnership. Most importantly, he isn't afraid of contact even with current weight of 178 lbs.

I believe he can play alongside Wood .

And how does that make him have more upside than Lavine and Beal?

Do you think those guys can't do all of that?

What does fit matter when most of the roster is trash.. we need to find “THE MAN” first. Wood isn’t it, KPJ is showing flashes but nothing guaranteed. Need to go for highest upside

They're much older than him. Lavine certainly doesn't have a turn around jumper, nor is he good at switching speed. Lavine is a poor passer too. Green is faster and much more explosive than Beal.

I disagree, but even if he didn't, you really prioritizing fit on a 17 win team?

    New scouting video with JG.

They go over his defense to start.

    Thanks man.

Well... i mean.... CLEARLY Mike Schmitz is a big fan of his. So maybe take some of it with a grain of salt. But they do indeed go over everything. Doesn't really elucidate that much new stuff. Defense still requires some work, but he's putting in the effort and knows where he needs to improve. Offense he can score from all 3 levels, and has more in his bag of tricks, seemingly, than even some of the top scorers today. That MIGHT BE though because the top scorers don't have to go through their full bag as much. But he's got the step back, side step, straight drive, mid-range, drive and fake, turnaround, etc. Passing he seems to struggle more going left than right to pass. He seemed really good at making the right pass when it was clear what that was. Eg. coming off a PnR where he is clearly doubled.

It was interesting when they were talking about Anthony Edwards and he was like yeah, we played together, he's great, but im just way faster than him.

All aboard the Green train for me...

Now this is a good vid.

I can see Silas absolutely falling in love with this kid.

And also in the particular game film they are going thru…he does look 6’6 which has been my biggest draw back on green.

This is exciting I must admit I would love green to really show

He can thrive playing off ball
Need more midrange game from him
Really is a “Alpha” and not a fake one.

I refuse to talk to the peanut Gallery. All of you will see that Mobley will be the pic when the time is right

Consider, he noted how he was faster than Edwards. Edwards was a BAD shooter in college. He improved A BIT in his rookie year, with a slightly better 3 point % than the 29% he shot in college, but still not good. He had pretty high usage and took a lot of shots, given Russell was out most of the year. But he put up 19 ppg.

Green was actually HIGHLY efficient in the g league. And is a better athlete, with more tools in his bag imo.

Jalen will be a scoring machine in the NBA. It's all the other stuff that he just needs to continue to work on and grind away at if he wants to be a consistent all star and potential MVP candidate one day.

you said that already. get out of this thread. you don't enjoy the peanut gallery anyway and we have no need to listen to you continue to say baffling things like "i have patience, so i'm drafting for fit"... it makes no sense.

We've NOTED your offer to leave. Nobody really cares though. Leave, don't leave, whatever.
