I saw a rumor the Rockets would be interested if he's available. Would he fit our team? What would it take? He's due for an extension, which will be expensive. Do you want him? Would he change our draft targets?

Would Eric Gordon and #23 be enough? Given that he needs an extension, does that diminish his value? Or do we have to include #24?

Curious as to your thoughts on the player, his price, and his fit...

We already have our starting PG. No need for Sexton.

It turns out he's a 2 guard. That's why they drafted Garland and its part of the reason theyre getting rid of him.

Whose a better scorer, Jalen Green or Colin Sexton?

As I have seen, Cavs like Sexton but not at his price. Knicks, too. Possibly Heat. Would I find him a positive addition? Oh, yeah, but at a price point quite apart from his camp’s opening foray into maxhood.

I thought about the Rockets trading down from #2 to #3 and Sexton, which will allow them to draft Mobley but I just don't like small guards.

#2 for Sexton and #3. Take whoever is available between and Mobley and Green. It’s a good way to infuse talent and see what works as far as chemistry goes. And the rockets are still in position to get one of the big 3.

He's a good high energy player, but like John Collins, probably not worth the max he's asking for. Cavs have lot of guards, and might draft another guard soon (suggs/green). So it makes sense for Cavs to shop.

For other teams that need a guard, like a MIA or a Philly, they might have more to offer than our Eric Gordon.
