My wife and I like Evanesence. I bought her the Daredevil soundtrack to work out with and she really digs the tunes on that CD.
No doubt. That was by far the best station I have ever heard. San Antonio's 99.5 comes in a middle-distant second with everything else lagging far behind. I think SA's 99.5 may have an internet broadcast.
sounds like you got your radio stations mixed up...as a listener of both 93.7 and 101 (more Arrow than KLOL)...I can tell you that KLOL is styling itself as more newer music...therefore....I havent heard Stairway in about 10 years on 101...much less old Sammy and old VH...those are more likely to be heard on Arrow than on 101 these days. and I NEVER heard Rush on Buzz....NEVER. once again....more likely to be heard on Arrow. Pimp....agree...when Im in SA...I always make sure to put it on 99.5 they play some good stuff. another good station(or used to be anyway) online is KNAC..closest thing to ZRock that I have heard online.
I got this thing called a "CD player" in my car. I can put CDs that i like in them, like Hoobastank , I haven't listened to the buzz or any other Clear Channel station in years. At work though, I don't have a job so it I wouldn't know about being forced to listed to the buzz at work.
I heard Eruption just last week when I switched over to 101 just a couple of weeks ago. Exactly. That is why I said that Rush is the only thing I miss by listening to the Buzz. I have 20 Rush CDs, so I don't really need to catch them on the radio. I just hit random on the 200 disc player and within a half hour, I hear Rush. I will also hear Rush on June 26th.
Yeah, I used to have one before simeone decided that I really didn't NEED it in my Miata. Anyone have a car CD player for sale?
heh..ok...misunderstood what you meant... cool...see ya there! I havent caught Rush since Power Windows...so I dont intend to miss this one....god only knows if it will be their last tour.
KPFT (90.1), people. KACC (89.7) as well. KPFT plays the best music on radio in Houston. Only trouble is they only play it on the weekends! Seriously, these two stations, with a little KTSU mixed in for jazz purposes, are the only radio stations in Houston I listen to for music. If it's not one of these stations I'm listening to while cruising in the rolling party pimpmobile, I'm workin' the hell out of my 6 disc CD changer.
