Perhaps the poster assumes Bucks can't win this year meaning no big man can lead a team to the championship in today's game.
I mean... Klay. Murray. Kawhi. DiVincenzo. Oladipo. There's no shortage of smaller players with injuries either. Should we not draft non-big men either? We should just sell the pick for money.
Not trying to put the cart before the horse but it looks like the Hawks are in prime position to wrap this up in 6. happy for Clint
They were still leading by 10 before he went out. What are you talking about? Did you miss Middleton dropping 40 last game or do I have to show you more numbers. They arent superstars but damn, this is such a low effort troll post.
I hate on Giannis a bunch but injuries are terrible in the postseason. As fans of competitive basketball, everyone loses.
Hawks showing Bucks what you do when the opposing team's only superstar is out, you step on their throats.
It's probably not a coincidence with all the injuries. Human bodies can't endure all the wear and tear with 82 fast-paced games + playoffs.
72 game season regular playoffs - subtract 2 months, what could go wrong? Oh yeah ****ing everything. This was obvious. The league had the ability to be creative (tournaments, elam endings etc) but they opted for the Bataan Death Slog out of short term greed. This is what they get.
Some of these injuries aren't the result of normal wear-and-tear, though. In Giannis' case, I'm pretty sure Capela impacted his knee. Don't really wanna watch the replay again to confirm though. Kyrie stepped on Giannis' foot. CP3 got a shoulder stinger because he ran into Cam Johnson. None of these are the result of normal wear-and-tear.
This is one of the worst playoffs i've ever watched. That really sucks for the Bucks. This is gonna be their best chance at a ring.
