Yes, but CP3 is strong and savvy enough to defend bigs on occasion.

Not always going to have ability to tag out of mismatches so guards better be long enough, smart enough or strong enough to survive being the mouse in the house.

But there's plenty of evidence from common sense sources.

It would have been so much easier if the Rockets had just gotten the number pick, lol.

    Bump:

I'm really happy that I came around to preferring Jalen Green. I think this man's personality made him the best choice then, the best choice now and he'll always be the best choice out of that draft. I don't care who wins Rookie of the Year, we got the one. I'm patting myself on the back pretty firmly here. I know, I know... douche bag move. Jalen deserves the only credit to be handed out at this point. Way to work hard and become that amazing vision for your future, young rook!

(And considering all the great picks from this year and how well they're all progressing... the future is looking pretty for Houston!)

Someone should bring out the receipts from the Jalen haters earlier this year and make a thread about it.

Still a douchebag bump, still don't care. It feels like perfect timing to say I was on to something all those Mobley fans weren't seeing. Here's the catch though, this probably isn't the best Jalen we've seen. His way is infectious. Players sharing the court with him understand what they're witnessing. Players off the court know what they're seeing. Jeff Green has seen plenty of greatness in his travels, who does he dance with pregame? If this beast of a player plays to 80% of this level we're seeing right now for the rest of his career... we all have to give our kudos to Stone, Fertitttta, but most of all to JG4theWIN.

I think one thing you said in the initial post is something I also believe in--Jalen Green is not dumb. He is nowhere near dumb. He types like a 2000s kid and he doesn't enunciate well but if you can understand what he's saying he's actually quite articulate and good at self-criticism.

Is he immature? I've definitely seen that side of him. But his intelligence isn't an issue and never has been.
