I am usually just hoping for things to happen for the Rockets benefit. And if the Bucks lose this series and don't make the finals next season I would get Giannas wants out at about a 70% chance at that point. And... the rockets have their unprotected pick that next season. There next best players would be 32 and 33 by then and the team could crash hard without Giannas.
and to add. that would make a total of 7 straight playoff exits. the time teams go stale and players typically leave. there are not many Dirk/Hakeem situations where the player stays forever and remains content and wins in their early 30's.
time to go to sleep and NOT watch the game. Will spare them my jinxing curse. Bucks about to win by 30 now.
Hawks are discombobulated right now. Even the crippled Nets made it harder for the Bucks to score than the Hawks are right now.
If the Bucks keep this level of competency from this point on then only the Clippers might be the only team left with similar skill level that can match them.
PJ giving up half a foot of height to Capela, but going up to take another rebound from him. You can't teach hustle.
Guys. Can someone clarify for me? Are we overreacting after one game again. Is Trae better than Luka still?
It's a big reason why I didn't mind giving him up in the deal for Covington. Clint got his contract and then just sank into it. It's OK to not have a great shot. But then you have to work. Can't tell you how many times I've seen him not even try for a rebound in these playoffs.
Well, the Hawks at least did their job stealing a road game and the Bucks have a consistent pattern of inconsistency. The Hawks just need to get their acts together at home.
No idea if things like Bulletin board material still works with this generation. If there ever was one, the shimmy would have done it.
