For arguments sake, who is the least enjoyable "superstar" player to watch in the NBA currently? Let's define the superstars as those who have played multiple all-star games, or have multiple 40+ point playoff games. For me, it is Giannis Antetokoumpo BY FAR. The guy is an uncalled offensive foul just walking around out there, and gets bailed out by the officials for his undeveloped skills time and time again. 2nd place is Chef Curry. Flopping whiner with his mouthguard hanging half out. Puh-lease. And which other superstar gets regularly subbed OUT of the game for defensive purposes late? I truly don't understand the media fascination with these flawed stars who need someone else to carry them. Who is on your list?
Giannis is tops for me Not a star but I detest Floppus Fart (Marcus Smart) Ben Simmons is not enough of a star to warrent not liking him . . .. Dame is annoying. . .. great to watch play but hate the arrogance .. . .same with Westbrook Even when they sucking. . .they strut around like they dominating I hate to say it but John Wall is in the same category for me . . .. . . Until this year, Giannis. But, he's really elevated in my eyes. Fat Harden is definitely a contender in this "poll."
When you analyze Marbury's remarks concerning Harden, he's quite right. It's not like Harden's hammy felt super worse as the game was winding down and he didn't want to be pressed by a defender. So why did he pick up his dribble at mid court and make it harder for his teammates?
My least enjoyable superstar to watch by far in the NBA was Blake. I dont like players who play dirty and /or showboat , and are pricks and he was all so I couldnt stand him. Even now when I watch him my face turns sour and I hope he gets his a$$ kicked - literally. Others are CP3, Lebron, Embiid and Trae Young if he is a superstar, (added bonus bc he is also so ugly with the condition of his hair). I appreciate Durant but I also dont like him one bit so I only enjoy watchin him only when he loses. Come to think of it I really dont like most superstars unless they play for my team.
Giannis, and it’s not even close…he is unwatchable can’t shoot, and just runs into guys on offense he makes my eyes bleed…he makes games decidedly less enjoyable to watch if he was on the Rockets, I think I’d just barely be able to stomach watching him play on a nightly basis
Giannis and Embiid. Gobert. Harden. Probably in that order. I hate how cocky Lillard is without ever winning a famn thing, but he is fun to watch. I've also always hated Lebron for his chosen 1 tattoo and his constant plotting and scheming off the court.
This is peripheral, but LeBron, whenever the ref makes a call that's not in his team's favor. It's just so annoying when you're the face of the NBA but complain about every single thing by throwing your hands in the air and making a face.
