    3. Magic (21-51)
    4. Thunder (22-50)
    5. Cavs (22-50)
    6. Timberwolves (23-49) (Top 3 protected; otherwise pick to Warriors)
    7. Raptors (27-45)
    8. Bulls (31-41) (Top 4 protected; otherwise pick to Orlando)
    9. Kings (31-41)
    10. Pelicans (31-41)
    11. Hornets (33-49)
    12. Spurs (33-49)
    13. Pacers (34-38)
    14. Warriors (39-33)

    Can see the Magic(3–>1?), Thunder(4–>1/2?), Wolves(6–>3?), Raptors(7–>4?), Bulls(8–>4?), Spurs(12–>4?) moving up. Maybe another top 3 pick for Cleveland, Minnesota or New Orleans because obviously they haven’t had enough top picks. Need moar!

    During the draft and through pick # 6 and before the envelop for pick #5 is revealed if:

    • 4 teams jumped their order. Rockets will get #18
    • 3 teams jumped their order. 20% chance top 4
    • 2 teams jumped their order. 40% chance top 4
    • 1 team jumped their order. 60% chance top 4
    • No team jumped their order. 80% chance top 4.
    These percentages are approximate

    Yep, gotta have low expectations thanks to Fern t***.

    With our luck in Houston Sports, I'm leaning this way too. For me, it's more of just getting past tomorrow. The wait has been excruciating.
