These guys are absolutely raking and you just can’t say enough about the starting pitching. When it all comes together it’s a scary team. CC is right in that it feels a lot like the 17-19 teams minus a couple horses in the rotation
Wow this team is rock solid. Trying not to go full fanatic and remember that there is still a lot of season left, but damn I’m getting good vibes from this group. Our lineup is a minefield for opposing pitchers. Never thought we’d get a 4 game sweep here. Impressive.
As long as we stay healthy and we add a solid back end relief arm before the deadline- this team should absolutely be in the running to have the Best record in the AL and the playoffs going through MMP
I hope we are playing like this come playoffs. If so, I like our chances vs anybody. IF Toro, Jones and Straw turn out to be the real deal, that is some serious depth.
