Yeah, it sucks. I agree that his getting a title would do a lot to shut up the haters, and with this team he was clearly going to get that title. Now it's out of his hands. They probably have to beat the Bucks without him, and even if he comes back, who knows if he'll be fully fit. Not to mention that this particular injury is a b****, he might easily get reinjured.

I'd like to see him have a great Durant type game with him not trying to do things he's not built for. You know, score a lot and a score efficiently, rebound well, and protect the rim every once in a while. No need to try and facilitate or run the offense. That's for Nash and them to figure out.

I can see this scenario as well. I was thinking the nets would win tonight but not so sure anymore. Really hard to beat a playoff team 3 times in a row if the team is relatively in tact. It's definitely more dramatic for KD to go into Milwaukee and steal a win in game 6 to save elimination. And then go back home for a game 7 to go to the wcf. And it begins. He's either back tonight or game 6.

My guess is he will . At this point there is nothing to lose. Going down 3-2 is almost certianly game over. If he does more damage he will have ample to recover in the offseason
I don't think so. being down 3-2 isn't the end at all. Not when you have KD/Harden at your disposal. An extra 2 days of rest probably helps harden also. I believe the NBA would love this to actually go 7 at this point imo. The clips were down 3-2 but all they had to do was steal game 6 and it was over for dallas. They had their shot but going back to LA for game 7, dallas didn't have chance
If his hamstring isn’t good to go tonight I doubt it’s going to be any better for game 6. I doubt two days will make any difference
I don't think it's really about being good. It's just ramping up his work. he's been working out for a few days now per reports
