"Dry pho". So Vermicelli bowl? Lol. I do miss the Houston Vietnamese cuisine. Austin just doesn't cut it. Dallas didn't either when I was there. EDIT: Ok dry pho is actually vermicelli with the pho broth on the side.
He never dipped the noodles in that bowl of clear chicken stock though. I’m with ya. I think that’s the intention. He drank from the bowl instead ... “this soup is really good, too.” But maybe it is just a complimentary side soup. that beef bowl looked awesome. Might have to go for that.
